I payed money via direct and paypal and its not in there site , support telling me wait 14 days.. wow , so i am still wating now after 3 days... so if you use paypal ir direct you can wait.. support telling me its in pending and my bank saying its already done..

Btw the support is horrible... the answers are short and unfriendly..

it's used to be a very good csgo skins site until you actually win something big and/or without a deposit to the website, then they will permanently ban you without saying anything at all. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I´m really angry. The Customer Service is not helpfull and don´t answer on my Questions.

Today i´ve Refill my Value 100 EUR on this site, but i dident received any. No money, no order agreement, nothing.

Hey it´s absolutly fine when any stuff need more time to deliver, but no details about my Order Status is realy bad.

So, in this case i´ve opened a ticket to ask whats happened there with an added Bank transaktion. The Customer Service say to me in this first answer the autmatical answer.

"Wait 24h hours, when you dident recieved the Value please wait 14 days more".

After that say the Customer Service, if you want more details please contact your Bank.

My Bank can agree me, i´ve pay the Money to Hellcase. And my money was sent to Hellcase.

Normally i dont say it easly but i feal like scamed.

What can the Customer Service do better?

- Talk about more Details
- Help the Customer and explain why some things need more Time.
- listen the Customer

you guys are scammers, i won 22 usd from a 8usd deposit tried to use the shadowpay withdrawal waited over 24 hours and nothing sold the items for more play and got 16usd tried to cash this out items were unavailable and alternatives were underpriced absolute shockingly bad site and it is why datdrop and other cs sites are more succesful screw all the support here helpful as pigsh3t avoid like the plague

tried to deposit a skin to play on hell case saw the trade offer from who they said would send it accepted the trade offer then never sent the funds into my account. out of the countless times ive used this site its really sad to see such a site just end up scamming their cliental. lost my business
